Brief introduction

Anhui SANBAO Cotton Spinning and Knitting Investment Co., Ltd. is a conglomerate integrated of cotton purchasing and processing, yarn spinning, fabric weaving and beddings manufacturing. It was founded in 1998 with capital of RMB 50 million Yuan. We have several branch plants, including, cotton ginning plant, Sanbao spinning plant, Sanbao weaving plant, Sanbao bedclothes factory. Our company covers over 300mu. There are 500 sets of rapier loom, 50000 spindles, 10000 sets of rotor spinning units, and 500, sets bedding production equgments. Our company has 34 state patents, including 3 patents of invention, 29 utility models and 2 appearance patent. Our zein fiber and cotton fiber blended fabric is awarded as provincial high-tech product and provincial new product. In 2006, our company was awarded as AAA level Credit Enterprise by Agricultural Development Bank of China Anhui Branch, awarded as Anhui trustworthy client by Anhui Bank Association. In 2008, our company was praised as provincial leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization. In 2010, Sanbao trademark was praised as provincial famous trademark, Sanbao brand cotton yarn was praised as provincial famous brand. In 2011, we won honor title of “provincial innovative pilot enterprises” and “provincial industrialization and informatization demonstration enterprise”. In 2012, our company was awarded as state high-tech enterprise. In 2013, Jixiang Sanbao was praised as Anhui famous trademark.

Main methods

We cooperate with Anhui Agricultural University, China Textile Academy of Sciences Jiangnan Branch and other research institutes to improve our capability of independent innovation and core competitiveness.

Our company lays emphasis on technology innovation in whole process. We increase research emphasis on technology innovation. In 2014, our research input was RMB 9.7 million Yuan.

There is professional research team, including, 65 research staffs. Among them, 2 doctors and 3 masters. In 2013, we introduced 8 senior talents, and traimed 14 professional talents.

Meanwhile we pay great attention on improvement of staff's quality. We carry out enterprise culture training through network and multimedia.
